Welcome to the official website of Karen Hick Art. By purchasing artwork or related products from this website or directly through the artist, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. Karen Hick does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Each artwork and print is carefully represented through detailed descriptions and images to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at karen_hick@hotmail.com. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage so that we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

If a refund or replacement is approved (for damaged or faulty items only), it will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

2. Artwork Colours and Representation

While every effort is made to accurately represent the colours and textures of Karen’s artworks, variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These minor differences do not constitute a fault or reason for return.

3. Shipping and Delivery

All artworks are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Tracking details will be provided once your item has been dispatched.

For commissioned pieces, please allow additional time as agreed upon during the commissioning process.

4. Copyright and Usage

All artworks, images, and content featured on this website are the intellectual property of Karen Hick and are protected under Australian copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any images or artworks for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist.

5. Custom Commissions

Commissions are created in close consultation with the client to achieve a mutually agreed-upon design. A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion.
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once work has begun.
